As many of you know, in addition to my freelance work, I’m also finishing up a design degree at Cal Poly Pomona University. The Fall ’08 quarter began last week, and from the looks of things this will probably limit my blog posts to about one a week for a while until I settle into the rhythm of balancing school, freelancing, and everything else that tends to become a steady, chaotic buzz during the school year. The good news of this is that I should be able to generate several new pieces and process posts during the quarter, so check back in every once in a while to see what’s happening.
Oh, I forgot to mention it earlier, but I was stoked to see Good Morning Sunshine make it to SmashingMagazine’s monthy desktop wallpaper contest, where it got several great comments. Thanks for everyone who was involved… I’m definitely hoping to do more of these contest/giveaways in the future.

could you give us your feelings so far on cal poly? My daughter wants to major in Graphic Design. We visited the campus and it was beautiful. We did not take a formal tour. We are from Illinois
